Accordingly, tickets are generally non-refundable where a customer simply changes their mind, can no longer attend, or experiences a change in personal circumstances.
This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have.

If the event is postponed, Vizeer will communicate the new date to ticket holders as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where a customer has a legal entitlement to a refund or other remedy as a result of the postponement, Vizeer will provide the applicable remedy.
5.4 Significant changes
Reasonable changes to the venue within Glasgow, event timetable, running order, supporting personnel or operational arrangements will not automatically entitle a customer to a refund where the essential event experience remains substantially as advertised.

5.5 Customer unable to attend
If a customer can no longer attend, they may contact Vizeer at:
Vizeer may, at its discretion, allow a ticket to be transferred to another individual, subject to reasonable verification and event restrictions.
A ticket transfer does not automatically create a right to a refund.

6. ATHLETE, GUEST AND PROGRAMME CHANGES
6.1 Vizeer will make reasonable efforts to deliver the event and experiences advertised.
6.2 Athlete, guest or public-figure appearances may be affected by circumstances outside Vizeer's reasonable control, including illness, injury, travel disruption, security requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove statutory rights relating to lawful ticket resale.
14. SECURITY AND VENUE RULES
14.1 Attendees must comply with reasonable venue and security requirements.
14.2 Security checks may be conducted where reasonably necessary.
14.3 Weapons, illegal substances and other dangerous or prohibited items are not permitted.
14.4 Vizeer or the venue may refuse admission or remove an attendee where reasonably necessary for legitimate safety or security reasons.
